Privacy and Anonymity
Rating a company you worked for can feel risky. This is how we protect you.
Your name is never published
Ratings are shown only as combined results. No name, email address or username appears next to any answer, and companies never receive your details.
Results come with a delay
We publish a rating weeks after you submit it, not straight away. This makes it hard to link a rating to a single event or person.
Your proof is deleted
You upload proof that you worked there only so we can check it. We look at it privately and delete it as soon as the check is done. You can black out anything we do not need.
Why we block VPNs
We check your IP address to keep fake ratings out. It is used for this check and is not shown to anyone.
Small groups
When a company has only a few ratings, results could point to one person. We show how many ratings each result is based on, so you and readers can judge this.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data or for your account to be deleted at any time. See our Privacy Policy and write to team@getreverseref.com.
