8. How to request access
Send the request form prescribed under the PAIA regulations (available from the Information Regulator's website) to team@getreverseref.com. Say which record you want, in what form, and what right you need it for. We need proof of who you are. We will reply within 30 days.
9. Fees
The fees set in the PAIA regulations apply: a request fee, and a fee for copying and searching where the regulations allow it. We tell you the amount before we start.
10. Refusal and complaints
We may refuse access on the grounds the law gives, for example to protect another person's privacy. If we refuse, we give our reasons. You may complain to the Information Regulator or ask a court to review our decision.
