How it works
We divide your monthly salary by the hours in your contract to get the paper rate. For the effective wage we subtract your work expenses from your salary and divide by all hours you really work, paid and unpaid. A year is counted as 52 weeks and 12 months. Taxes, paid leave and legal overtime rules are not included.
